Get Coverage Today

Mechanical Coverage is designed to help protect Turo hosts from the cost of unexpected mechanical failures.

It goes beyond standard insurance by focusing on major vehicle systems — helping cover repairs when something breaks down, not just when there’s an accident.
This coverage is intended to complement your existing Tint off-trip insurance and is built specifically for hosts who depend on their vehicles to earn income.

As a host, your car isn’t just transportation — it’s a business.

Even well-maintained vehicles can experience mechanical issues, and a single breakdown can mean:

  • Expensive repair bills

  • Lost booking and downtime

  • Unpredictable out-of-pocket costs

Mechanical Coverage is designed to help hosts manage this risk and keep their vehicles on the road with more confidence.
