Matheus Riolfi, our CEO and Co-Founder, attended Will Reed’s West Coast event just a few weeks ago and found it incredibly affirming to speak with other like-minded CEOs who emphasize intentionally building a culture at their organizations.
We’re a remote-first company that believes great work can happen anywhere. While we are spread out across the globe, we love getting together. We host several retreats throughout the year to align and reconnect, including two in-person, company-wide sessions to collaborate, get to know each other on a deeper level, and have fun together.
At Tint, we strive for ambitious outcomes, we put our customers first, we drive compliant solutions, and we tell it like it is with constructive candor. Tint has changed significantly over the last two years, requiring us to bring in new talent with different areas of expertise to help us grow and scale our embedded insurance offers. In 2024 thus far, we made 11 new hires across all business units within the organization. We’re still expanding our team to drive innovation in the insurance industry and are looking for strong technicians, several engineering roles and a senior product manager. Looking ahead to 2025, we'll scale other areas of the business as needed to support our growth.
